  This loca to on goes against what the franchise did. They want to try to charge for things after the fact the app did not charge for, like sauce cups as add ons to food items. Once you pay in the app, it is that price you paid. You don’t get to be the cheap franchise owner and go against corporate. You deserve to lose your Sonic franchise license just like that Little Caesar’s in Kansas City did.

  I don’t know what’s going on with this Sonic Drive-In location in Fort Scott, but the service has become consistently terrible. The wait times are ridiculous—what should be a quick stop turns into a long, drawn-out experience every single time. Today was the final straw. After waiting far longer than reasonable, they still managed to forget an entire item from my order. Not a sauce, not something small—an entire item. That’s basic order accuracy, and they can’t even get that right. What really makes it worse is being prompted for tips when the service doesn’t even meet the bare minimum. If I’m paying prices that are starting to feel closer to a sit-down restaurant, the least I expect is to receive what I actually paid for—without the hassle of checking and correcting mistakes every visit. This location seriously needs to get its act together—better management, better training, and some accountability. Right now, it feels like customers are just expected to deal with poor service and missing food. I won’t be back anytime soon.

  I’ve always thought Sonic has the best Chili Cheese Coney in town. And being able to take in the breathtaking view while we wait is just the cherry on top. What a fantastic little eatery!

  placed an order ahead. went to go pick up and it was just a small mozzarella stick. The mozzarella sticks tasted super old and were freezing cold. Asked if they could just bring me up a new batch and throw these ones away and they said they couldn’t do that. that they’re not allowed to replace foods without paying for another one and printing a new ticket. I wonder what happens when they mess up an order how they fix that? If they can’t make extra food to fix their mistakes?
