I waited for almost 30 mins for a luxe box and then had to wait another 5 standing infront of the counter just to get a cup (the young man saw me and helped me) he also got yelled at for doing so which is not correct if I were him i would have walked out. The visit was not a good one by any means. Need actual staff in the facility.
