  Employee at the cashier's desk is not so friendly. Also she lied that they have no restroom when I asked. Of course they have it, but it is for employees only, and this fact is also very sad.

  Worst DD I I’ve Ever been to. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for a croissant. After a 20 minute wait, they still weren’t sure of what I ordered when I finally arrived at the first window to pay. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. If it weren’t for the fact that my schedule abruptly changed that provided me the time to wait, I doubt I would have. I don’t think I’ll EVER be back here.

  WORSE COFFEE I asked for almond milk and they did not add any to my drink, like requested. They did not follow directions or listen to my order.

  How can one store be so slow? They just barely get the orders correctly, after nearly giving us the wrong order at the window. There were 6 cars in front of us, and it took us 50 MINUTES before we made it to the window. Seriously unacceptable, and it’s not the first time we have had an excessive wait - just the longest one we have had.

  Terrible experience. I went through drive thru and had only 4 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait before I could order and then I was told the 1st window and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 ahead of me (who only got donuts and a drink), while the person in front was getting their order I saw my drink (small iced latte) be handed to the customer in front of me and then back through the window to the worker (Because it was my drink and not the customers medium drink). Got my drink (100% the one that was handed back and front through the window) and it the worst coffee I've gotten from Dunkin, the espresso taste burnt and there is too much ice for my order being light ice. Tried to do the survey on the bottom but apparently the survey number doesn't work, then I manually entered the time and store number to find out that my order number isn't valid. So I can't even do the survey or get the free donut for doing a survey. Needless to say I'm never going back here. Not after waiting 20+ minutes in drive thru for one drink that taste disgusting and was miss handed (do the food safety regulations you are not supposed to bring any food back in nor are you supposed to give it to the proper customer after other customers has touched it)
