- KGKhadeeja GraceFeb 23, 20261.0These folks will close the restaurant while accepting uber eats orders. Then the food never comes and you have to get refunds. If you order your food at 4pm - 6pm you will get it but anything after that is hit or miss.
- ACAlto CodeDec 7, 20251.0THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! It is not the first time, is EVERY DAY with BAD customer service. All the females employees treat the soldiers very bad like if they are stupid. It is a reason why everybody decides to go to Panda or Subway to eat during lunch inside Fort Riley. For no reason the employees treat you horrible and rude. Not a single one is professional, and I have seen them all. It happened to me 8 times in a row and every time they do that to other customers as well. The first thing they do is asking you for phone number with a bad attitude demanding a phone number, no good morning, no welcome, no hello, just give me your phone number and if you don't hear them well and ask to repeat what they say they rolls eyes, and give you bad attitude. When food is ready (after a looooong wait) they don't say thank you or nothing. Just RUDE attitude. The worst is the female with short black and red hair. HORRIBLE and RUDE! People like that should not be working with people. No coming back and my soldiers friends are not coming back either.

But lately things have really turned for the better, food taste fine, the employees are friendly, and my order is ready within 20minutes of ordering. Give the place another chance and don't shoot it down just because you're impatient.

For a restaurant on Fort Riley kansas where your main customer are military personnel it would be faster. FRKS probably needs to look at putting a faster service food company in this spot instead of a company that take 40 minutes to cook a six piece boneless chicken and fries
