  This place is always busy and hustling. Maybe I’m just reasonable with my expectations on how long this type of food takes and how busy this place always is, but the food is good and the service is good! They truly do not get enough credit for having longer/later hours than every other food place on post and juggling in person and non-stop door dash orders I see when we’re there. This is not a fast food drive thru, it’s made to order restaurant food in a to-go setting. They have a board to follow so you can always see how busy it is or how many orders are ahead of yours. **When you do to go orders at any restaurant, there’s a wait.** I’ll continue to be patient and eat here!

  These folks will close the restaurant while accepting uber eats orders. Then the food never comes and you have to get refunds. If you order your food at 4pm - 6pm you will get it but anything after that is hit or miss.

  THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! It is not the first time, is EVERY DAY with BAD customer service. All the females employees treat the soldiers very bad like if they are stupid. It is a reason why everybody decides to go to Panda or Subway to eat during lunch inside Fort Riley. For no reason the employees treat you horrible and rude. Not a single one is professional, and I have seen them all. It happened to me 8 times in a row and every time they do that to other customers as well. The first thing they do is asking you for phone number with a bad attitude demanding a phone number, no good morning, no welcome, no hello, just give me your phone number and if you don't hear them well and ask to repeat what they say they rolls eyes, and give you bad attitude. When food is ready (after a looooong wait) they don't say thank you or nothing. Just RUDE attitude. The worst is the female with short black and red hair. HORRIBLE and RUDE! People like that should not be working with people. No coming back and my soldiers friends are not coming back either.

  Look I know when they first opened they had a really rough time getting orders out in a timely fashion. But lately things have really turned for the better, food taste fine, the employees are friendly, and my order is ready within 20minutes of ordering. Give the place another chance and don't shoot it down just because you're impatient.

  NEVER coming back… undercooked chicken… the young lady taking our order was terrible and rude for no reason… while waiting for my chicken sandwich, they forgot which was undercooked. I heard the employees argue with a customer. Because they made the wrong food. The one in Manhattan is so much better. It’s not worth it. I promise you. Oh, and they either over sauce or under sauce everything. Pictures do not justify how disgusting this was.
