  My food was wrong all around, ordered large sides and got mediums, asked for only sauce on the burger and was lathered in everything except the one sauce I asked for and was given the wrong drinks

  I'm a regular at this location and they've messed up my food on every single one of the last 3 orders and they refuse to refund. Be it buying onion rings that came smashed, did nothing for me and messed up my burger as well without recourse. On another I ordered the supersonic breakfast burrito and it came with just a couple tater tots in it and literally hand fulls of jalapenos and almost no meat. This last order was junior sausage breakfast burritos after losing my trust in the more expensive version and guess what, no sausage except for 2 tiny little pieces all the way at the back. That's not even counting the million times they can't get the toppings right but I don't ask for refund or to fix it if it is just the toppings but come on. The drinks are also a problem, either the people operating it or the machines because I kid you not their cherry limeades went from amazing to tasting like carbonation and pretty much always requires you to get an extra shot of the cherry flavor to be sure it'll taste like a cherry limeade always has but again I don't complain about those even though you charge almost 4 dollars for a route 44 so you'd think you'd at least be able to get the drinks to taste right... I'm not sure what the issue is but it's a general consensus this is the worst Sonic in the area and maybe there's one or 2 others that could compete for the worst but the reputation is earned. Especially when you can't even fix your mistakes with your customers, if it wasn't for there being such limited options in small towns this location wouldn't be going still l can say that with some confidence which is sad because I've been going to this location since I was a kid and I'm in my 30s now...

  Found long strands of hair in my sandwich when I called and spoke with a manager she acted like it wasn't a big deal at all
