  They can't seem to hear the difference between Mocha frappe and Carmel Frappe. I asked for Mocha and keep getting Carmel.

  Very expensive and serval times food was missing that was ordered. Wait time to get food can take a while.

  Who knew that during “peak hours” 6:00pm that you can’t request honey mustard at the window. It cost 16 cents to buy. Ok fine I’ll pay, no wait you have to go inside or get back into drive thru line. Wha a joke

  This location is becoming a disgrace. We were in on Sunday and the inside was filthy. Every table had trash and/or debris, along with the floor. I had to clean our own table. The trash was overflowing. It took a good 25 minutes before a worker started cleaning. We visit this location a couple of times a month. It usually takes a good 10+ minutes to receive our mobile app order and oftentimes, the orders come out wrong. I have complained to a manager before. When I did, the Chiefs traffic was to be blamed for the poor service. Well, the Chiefs don’t have home games every day, so what’s the excuse?
