From the rude workers taking the orders to the food received, it is just a hot mess. I want Wendys to succeed but I'm losing faith. My last experience today was being asked to pull around for my fries. There was noone else waiting at the time. I waited but no order received. I had to go inside and get it. They forgot I was out there. My food was cold.
