The trash was overflowing. It took a good 25 minutes before a worker started cleaning. We visit this location a couple of times a month. It usually takes a good 10+ minutes to receive our mobile app order and oftentimes, the orders come out wrong. I have complained to a manager before. When I did, the Chiefs traffic was to be blamed for the poor service. Well, the Chiefs don’t have home games every day, so what’s the excuse?
