  Don’t bother. Order delivery. Wait an hour. Check the app. Says delivered. Call to check up. Told we passed it off to a third party app so can’t help you. Wild considering the $5 delivery fee and tip. Three days to get the charge back. A simple offer to redo the order would’ve been cool. Lost a customer.

  The manager in Nov. 2024 was too busy complaining about politics to get things right or get me a receipt I needed. I had to come back and get an employee to help me out.

  First off, I asked to have my sub toasted. I was told, “No, we cannot toast that sub for you. You must order a different sub to get it toasted.” Okay. Well, that’s not good customer service. Every other place will toast whatever sandwich I ask to have toasted. The sub was pretty small for the price although it did taste good. The root beer was not root beer. It was just soda water. Too bad I was already about ten miles away. I hadn’t been to a Jimmy John’s in a long time. I guess it will be a long time again, if ever, before I try another Jimmy John’s.

  Went for lunch today and was really disappointed. The guy at the register was fine but the young lady making the sandwiches was very snippy and seemed like she didn’t want us there. Took forever for sandwiches to come out and we could see them being made with absolutely zero sense of urgency. Heard other customers comment on her attitude as they walked past us with to-go orders. Our sandwiches ranged from bad to ok. My toasted chicken and bacon had one tiny strip of bacon and a thin, soggy line of minced chicken that seemed to have been added along the bread cut after the sandwich had already been closed. Inside was mostly lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and a watery white juice I think came from the chicken??
