  I use the app to order to help speed up the process. It never speeds up the process. Today I put in an order in the app when I showed up at the location and checked in I waited for over 10 minutes for them to come out and say that they're fryer was broken and half my order could not be made. I then waited for another 7 minutes for a hot dog. You knew your fryer was down someone should have contacted me before I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Previous orders if I order sauce I don't get it and my service is always slow.

  Absolutely rude staff and higher ups. If you have a problem you might as well not even call customer service because they will back the workers up instead of correct them for their mistakes. One worker while we were parked in one of the slots shoved our drinks at us almost breaking the cups and practically chucked our food into my lap. This place has been terrible ever since it came into business with new owners constantly thinking they will make it better even though they never correct their staff. One of the managers is absolutely rude and seems to be a little to friendly with her coworkers in an unprofessional way.
