- JAJerry AllenDec 29, 20255.0Passing through Ellis on I70 and saw the sign, decided ice cream would be good. The Dairy Queen is small and shares space with other food shops but it was very good. The lady who was there was doing it all but keeping up with a constant flow of people stopping for ice cream. She was very friendly, pleasant and did a great job and all with a smile. The menu looked smaller but still had plenty options to choose from so it made a very welcome break from the road. Thank you.

After a beautiful day and enjoyed some subway "which the customer service was out of this world amazing" we popped over to Dairy Queen for desert! With smiles on our faces ready for ice cream, we started to order. As we were ordering the gentlemen taking our order put his finger in my face and said "one at a time!" Very sternly and aggressively! Absolutely horrible customer service! Working in customer service most of my life, I understand how stressful it can be but I never treated anyone like that! Disappointed and without desert!

Our burgers were huge, juicy, and very fresh. A big THANK YOU to the cook from two hungry travelers. We'll be back.
