  We have been to this location a few times with the first concern only being they told us they were out of chocolate frosty & brownie mix one night. We simply got a vanilla one. 2 weeks later we go in on April 7th for the special. We called ahead & drove the 5 minutes there. We arrived& are told they were completely out of fries & frosty’s. We asked if they were just out for the free promotional items & if we could order them outside of that. We asked about ordering alternate items & we were told they were almost “ out of fries” with no offer or explanation on if we just would need to wait for more to be made. Same with the frosty. We tried asking if they were just waiting on the shipment to get in & we’re told they had “ no frosty’s” very rudely.

  Ordered 1 value meal. It has been 30 minutes..still no food and the place is dead except for me and the 3 cars in line behind me. They pulled all of us around.

  The second worst promotion on their menu since they've opened in Eldorado...2 out of 2...I will NEVER order from there again...the "new" chicken wrap was overcooked...and more than 1/4 of the tortilla was devoid of any chicken...lame...lame ...lame...don't even know how you stay open... even the worst fast food restaurant in Eldorado...would surpassed Wendy's...-20 stars

  Got a Baconator. Patties were dry, but the ketchup/mayo combo helped with that a bit. The bacon was cooked well, not too crispy, not too soft. One of the pieces was a bit stringy, but that isn't the stores fault, that's just an occasional bacon problem. This would be a 7/10, but for for a price of $9.45 it loses an extra point. I feel it would be more appropriate at the ~$7 range. Overall 6/10.
