The driver came back in from a delivery and kelly started yelling and cursing at her because my order was messed up even though it was the manager that messed up my order. That poor girl (the employee) just stood there confused on why she was getting yelled at! Mind you she wasn't even there at the time she had just returned from a delivery! I think her name was Carrie. She came up to me and apologized like a thousand times for what had happened to my order and for what I had to witness. I could tell she wanted to cry or walk out. I feel so bad for that girl and she was just the sweetest 😢

She made everything go smooth and helped us get what we needed. By far the best costumer service I have EVER had!! We need more people like Shelby!! She 100% needs to be rewarded for how well she does!! I made sure to tip very well for her!!
