  No more beer by the pitcher or Tuesday night buffet. Had the salad bar and ordered a taco pizza for dine-in. Glad I had the salad bar to add toppings to the meager amount on the pizza.

  RGM Lacy who made it very clear was very rude and disrespectful. We have been in 3 times and she was bouncing all over the place. When my child asked for a refill she ripped the cup out of her hand didn’t fill the drink correctly and told her to just drink it. 0/10 I do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional, food was poor, her greasy hair was all over the place, the people working were professional and kind but also very scared to show enthusiasm towards customers because she was yelling and disrespectful.

  Me and my family were there during buffet for lunch and buffet bar was empty , they bring 2 pizzas every 30 to 45 minutes for over 50 customers I saw people leaving mad for the same reason so sad cause kids love it here .

  Came in for buffet and there was no food we say waiting and waiting on 2 prices of pizza each there was 4 of us the service was below average and not once did the waitress come to our table asking about drinks we had to hunt her down for everything this is the worst time we ever had at a buffet Need to figure out what the issue is with this place cause we have eaten at Pizza Hut in other places and they were great . We even saw people walking out due to the lack of service and food

  I ordered a 🍕online and was a carryout so I paid with my card...no tip. So a day later I get charged for a 5 dollar tip and had to go up there in person to get refunded my money and the manager was real combative and defensive like she knew or had something to do with the surcharge. Very unprofessional and wouldn't even give her name...so why if you have notthing to hide would it be a problem with giving out your name if it was an honest mistake? Check and keep your receipts from this location people something ain't right with the management up there 🤞🤔
