Get to the windows We had ordered LG sweet tea LG unsweetened tea and they were out so got 2 waters. French fries were ice cold Iet me tell you ice cold. I mean never have I gotten such bad food as I did this night. Normally this mcdonalds is good food good service. The burger was gold not ice cold like fries but not even lukewarm. The kids meal were forc2 senior adults so when I say cold we know for a fact what ice cold is. Late night ordering I will not go back here. When we are at er we used to go hear hot food. Not this night which they should have anticipated a crowd after concert. The kid at the first windows was nice but then 2 there and they were all looking at phones instead of apologizing for the weight. The 2nd window the kid did not even shut the kids meals up. He should have parked cars but he did not. I just think the management needs to be reprimanded that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I worked fast food for 15 years so I know the importance of customer satisfaction, fast courteous service is.
