  By far the WORST taco bell I've been to in the surrounding areas. Called to check on a delivery order after waiting almost 40 minutes. Was told "we just got it made, we've been busy." THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER 😂 After waiting almost 40 minutes! Why not just decline the order all together? Either lied about the food being ready or management allows their employees to just throw away money.

  The worst service I have ever had with this taco bell i had gotten uber eats order for dinner for my family paid 65 plus 11 dollar tip and the food was super cold, burnt, soggy the 'manger' said she couldn't remake it or refund me that id have to get a hold of uber eats for that. She wasnt friendly at all nor was she nice. She tried to interrupt me while I was trying to tell her what happened. My husband's food was supposed to have no sour cream or lettuce and it did have it on it.. I just put 65 dollars in the trash cause none of us ate it...

  Order my food on line 15 min before I got here and still waited another 20 minutes to get it, young lady sitting there doing nothing, long line behind me, WOW someone needs to fix this, it's the one on Rock road

  When we walked in the door we should have known right away what we were getting into. One of the kitchen threw their back and let out a loud sigh and followed it with a "you got to be kidding me". We ordered our food and waited. As we waited, we noticed a woman and a couple who had ordered before us. Multiple times they inquired about their orders and each time they were told a few more minutes. Overall, we, the couple, and the woman waited approximately 30 minutes or more each for our food. We received our food before the couple did. To make matters worse, the couple expressed their agitation with the wait and was told, by who could possibly have been a supervisor, that drive thru and mobile orders take precedence over lobby orders. Which is ironic because a mobile order had arrived while we were waiting and had been waiting for 20 minutes by the time we left. Dine-in at your own risk.
