Some of the workers are super nice others are rude as hell. Taco Bell fix this franchise, obviously management needs a change. The fast food market has been struggling for years and I’m praying this store is either fixed or the next one in the Wichita and surrounding area to close down.

She acts miserable like she hates her job and has an attitude, so I gave her attitude back. Treat people how you wanna be treated.. and Taco Bell… do better!

Management should get better control of their employees, double check (or just actually correctly read) orders. The incompetence at this location is truly stunning!!! Cold food, wrong orders, rude staff, it is always something at this location, particularly the night shift.
