    Everytime we try to eat here they say the ready for pickup time is roughly 30 minutes. I get there in 40 minutes and my pizza is still 20-25 minutes from being ready. Whatever system they use to determine when youre food will be ready is automated at 30 minutes even though it takes over an hour to be ready. Poor management and poor ability to be straight with their customers just so they can convince you you've already waited this long why not wait double the time.

    Food was as expected. I do get frustrated with their pizza tracker and the inaccuracy of it. I don’t blame the staff, they were visibly hustling.

    Watch your charges from this store. We ordered carryout, my husband picked it up. They changed the amount of our order and gave themselves a $6.14 tip!!!!! Reported to my bank who filed a dispute.

    It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to make a pizza. I forgot why I stopped using them. Now I remember. Then it takes 5 days to “void” the order and get it back in my card. Terrible business.

    I Initially posted a review of this location on July 30th. I was notified by Google maps that people were seeing my pictures. After clicking on it, I discovered my review had been deleted!!! Bottom line go somewhere else for your pizza!!!! OR USE CASH!!! Long story short regarding my initial review: I ordered it online and picked up in store. My credit card statement showed a $5 tip for a $16 order. It took me two weeks but I finally got satisfaction when entering the store again and received a full refund on myorder. They do seem to have an issue with people adding tips to orders and horrible customer service from a young employee. Must be keeping it in the family!
