  Ordered 4 hot n spicy 2 no mayo and a mcdouble check the order they all say no mayo walk in tell them what's wrong the "cook" littary squrts so Much mayo on the hot n spicy the buns slide off you can't even eat them. So I go back up in there show them the sandwiches and ask how you sopuseed to eat it like that? They have them remade the right way. I finally get to my mcdouble and it's literally one bun here slab of meat here cheese in the middle slab meat over here pickles barley under the bun and the other bun barley on the meat but I wasn't going back in there. Anyways bad experience... Oh and tell your "cook" this ain't the "prison slop line" MAKE IT RIGHT OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  You go to McDonald's because you know what you're going to get. Everytime. Except when they mix your order with someone else's. My 85 yo mother-in-law received her 2 fish sandwiches. One for now, one for later. I'm not sure where our quarter pounders ended up. We received two different types of chicken sandwiches. Neither to our liking. At least we know for certain never to order them. One bite was enough for us. The bonus, we got an extra fry. I learned my lesson. Just because I see the correct amount of sandwiches in the bag, doesn't mean they're the right ones. Especially when I have a 20 minute drive home. There's no going back to fix it, as long as the MIL is happy, we ate the fries.

  How is this place open? The only reason this place as 5 star reviews is because they tell the customers to give them 5 star reviews and they have their workers use customer receipts to give them good ratings. The manager Kyler was insanely rude all the workers here were all rude. I came in with my family and low and behold all the tables were dirty grimy we ordered our food to go they forgot everything we ordered except for the nuggets and fries when we mentioned it they refused to do anything. I asked to speak to the manager and Kyler his name is, greeted us rudely. He cursed at me and wouldnt let me have my receipt. Also isnt there a rule on public display of affection in a work place?? There were two workers grabbing and kissing on eachother people in lobby could see. My little girl was crying because of how the manager was. Never again will I come to this place.

  Went through drive thru went to pickup my order, asked the young employee if I could get some sauce, the employee acted like i took away their cell phone...roled their eyes and breathed heavily.

  If I could I’d give this place zero stars. However since I want to warn you guys before coming to this McDonald’s I must put a star. Let me start by this. I went to McDonald’s during lunch and the person taking my order ignored me for 5 minutes until they remembered they had someone waiting at the drive though. Then when they took my order the lady who took my order was incredibly rude. Then when I got to the order they overcharged me. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t care and cursed at me. When I pulled to the second win do they told me to pull forward and I sat with my kids waiting for our food for 20 minutes. So I went in to ask for my 10 piece nugget meal and my cheese burger happy meal and top it off they got my happy meal wrong and forgot my nuggets and drink! And the fries were moldy. I told them my daughter was allergic to onions and asked if they could please make the cheese burger only cheese and ketchup. They cursed at me threw the burger at me after wiping the onions off like hello? My daughter can’t eat that still. So I asked for a refund and the manager Kylar refused to give me a refund by the way not to mention how insanely rude and unprofessional the workers are, two workers bagging the food were kissing on eachother for all to see. And the guy was rubbing the girls butt. Public display of affection in a work environment should not be allowed like that. Kylar needs to be fired and the employees need better training on how to treat guests. I’m so glad Culver’s will be opening up in derby. I will be glad to take my hard earned money to Culver’s before I step back into this place.
