Didn’t end up getting anything because of the lack of urgency to help any customers. Numerous cars in the drive thru and customers standing around the inside with no one even asking if anyone needed help. One poor lady was just trying to purchase something out of the freezers but no one felt inclined to help her. Bad management starts at the ownership. It’s time for new ownership of the Derby Dairy Queen!

My daughter accidentally dropped her chicken tender on the floor, and without hesitation, the staff quickly replaced it. No questions asked, they were happy to take care of us and make sure my family had a great experience. without hesitation, the staff quickly replaced it.
