  Ordered a basket and had to wait 20 minutes, then find out they didn’t give me any fries. Wasted my time and money.

  Ordered online, food still took 20 minutes after arriving to get done. Cheese curds were under done, mushy and tasted of grease. Burger bun was cold and very dense. After getting our order I had to go back in to get the second burger of our order. Got down the road and realized they forgot my daughter's milk and dessert also. Will be a long time before I'm desperate enough to go back to this or any dairy queen.

  I genuinely feel bad for the people who were working the day that we came. It was a league track meet and we had 6 different schools all rushing to the same Dairy Queen. The line wrapped around the building, and my food still tasted delicious. However, I witnessed an employee get very irritated with everybody because someone wasn’t picking up their Oreo blizzard, and another lady who was working at the register, said to him, “keep it together man!” and he was still fuming. I mean, can you blame him, though? He was under some immense pressure. The confetti cake dipped cone is exquisite, but I am also a bit depressed they don’t have popcorn shrimp year-round. 😢
