I walked in and immediately thought I had stumbled onto the set of a post-apocalyptic cooking show, where fries rain from the sky, seasoning explodes like confetti, and the floor is basically a Slip ’N Slide made of sadness. I’ve seen cleaner trenches in Army field training — and that’s saying something. There were food scraps everywhere, a blue mysterious bag on the floor (crime scene? snack? nobody knows), and enough trash scattered around the kitchen to qualify as modern art. I’m honestly convinced the fryer area hasn’t been cleaned since the McRib’s FIRST limited release in the 80s. The staff was just working around the mess like it was perfectly normal, which tells me this wasn’t a bad moment — this is their Monday through Sunday personality. If the Kansas Department of Agriculture walks in here, they’re gonna need backup, gloves, and possibly a priest. Would I eat here again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re filming a documentary on “The Decline of Western Civilization: Fast Food Edition.”
