  We came here needing a quick lunch on our roadtrip and subway never disappoints! The staff were friendly and the place was very clean! I ordered a 6in spicy Italian in Italian herbs and cheese and it was perfect! Tasted amazing and toasted perfectly! I was in and out after ordering 3 sandwiches to go.

  Bathroom line took forever. Finally, some breathless guy exited, apologizing profusely. I entered and immediately fainted from the smell. Came to half an hour later, family didn’t even notice. Would give 1 star, but the Italian Herbs and Cheese saved the day.

  Rude customer service in Goodland and when I tried calling the Colby location, nobody answered. I tried 4 times and no answer

  I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years and always appreciated being able to customize my sandwich. I visited the Colby, KS location on 12/4/2025 around 7:20pm and was told they could no longer add ranch after the vegetables due to “corporate policy.” The employee also made concerning comments about getting written up or fired. If this is truly a new policy, it’s disappointing. I’ve ordered my sandwich the same way for decades, and being told I can’t customize it anymore really made me reconsider coming back. I hope this was just a misunderstanding. Also was not able to order though the subway all at this location.
