  I placed a mobile order as a stop on a road trip and didn’t open my sandwich until I left. There was an obvious spot of mold on the ham on my sandwich - not even inside the sandwich!! Disappointed that this was not remade/noticed.

  My sandwich was less to be desired. I was so excited to go there but was very disappointed. My sandwich had a hair in it & there wasn't as much meat as there usually is. Needless to say it kind of ruined it.

  This is the worst sub I’ve ever had… they put hardly any meat on it, literally 2 single slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon and I got it toasted, they toasted everything including lettuce:,) I had a hot lettuce sandwich…. 0/10 recommend and it was $15 with chips

  This store has very fast and efficient workers! It was very busy when we came in and got our sandwich in less than 10 minutes!

  I pretty much always stop at this JJ's on my travels, always a good idea in my opinion if you like this chain! Also shout out to Mario for his excellent pitch of the desserts and friendly service to all :D
