I visited the Colby, KS location on 12/4/2025 around 7:20pm and was told they could no longer add ranch after the vegetables due to “corporate policy.” The employee also made concerning comments about getting written up or fired. If this is truly a new policy, it’s disappointing. I’ve ordered my sandwich the same way for decades, and being told I can’t customize it anymore really made me reconsider coming back. I hope this was just a misunderstanding. Also was not able to order though the subway all at this location.
