- KLKate LencMar 1, 20261.0As soon as we walked up to the counter the 2 young ladies at the counter walked away. When one of them finally came back she did not greet us. She spoke so quietly that neither on of us could hear her. She didn't take the initiative to explain anything. The food was OK, but bland. You could use some employees that are proud of where they work. Those girls showed no emotion and could care less about being there. Even going so far as to roll her eyes like we were bothering her. Sorry but you lost a couple of customers today.

Ok charge me extra I don't care, not I can't put beans in your burrito, i was like whattt?? Company Policy shes said, I feel like in a shop getting a tire but not being able to to buy a damn headlight! There is my burrito in the trashcan, please don't get that damn breakfast its taste bad just get the regular food they have.

- SAShamreiz AslamFeb 7, 20261.0Date: February 7 — 11:00 AM I am a truck driver and I frequently stop at this location to grab a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, and veggies. I usually have a good experience when the regular staff is working — the service and portions are much better. However, today I was very disappointed. The young staff working this morning did not prepare the food properly. The vegetables were not cut correctly — the onion pieces were very large with thick layers, and the green peppers were also in big chunks instead of small, properly chopped pieces. On top of that, the rice portion was extremely small — just a tiny scoop, which is not what I usually receive here. I also asked for extra onions, but I was incorrectly charged around $3 under “extra protein.” When I tried to explain that onions are not protein, the staff did not handle it professionally. I visit this place regularly, so I can clearly see the difference in service quality between the regular team and the young staff. I hope management looks into food prep, portion size, and proper billing so customers like me don’t leave disappointed.
