I’m not sure who put him in charge of this Jimmy John’s but I strongly believe it isn’t a good fit. He cannot deal with valid complaints (his cashier over charged us and the sandwich was super sloppy and falling apart and all staff was completely rude except the sandwich maker). I won’t be stopping here again even though I usually eat here a few times a week. You lost a loyal customer.
