    The people were very friendly. The food was cold. Then they heated it in the microwave. The meat in the sandwiches was less than what we have gotten at other Arby's. Very disappointed b

    Has to be the worst Arby’s in the entire country for sure waited 20 min just to get to the window and waited another 5 and the lady never even came to the window for payment it’s ridiculous and has been like this since they have been open in 2018 don’t recommend never will, waste of breath and business property

    Ordered food from DoorDash and everyone’s burger was correct but mine. Which included tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles I explicitly asked to be left off. And the other time I got an order from them they had practically nothing to ordered except the chicken for my chicken sandwich.

    Well, when the staff are fist fighting on shift and the manager won't respond until the cops are on sight, that speaks volumes on bad management! Do better and get better managers the ones in Chanute don't have any business managing this store.
