We thought this may be a 30-second endeavor however, we waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged by people who looked us directly in the eyes several times. When we finally got our cups I picked mine up and I broke on contact. I got another and went to fill it up, and the water dispenser wouldn't stop dispensing. Overall the place was terriblely maintained and run down with poor management and poor service. I didn't even hear the words have a good day or even "enjoy"

The microphone was broken, so i was instructed to drive to the window to order. we sat for at least 10 minutes, before being acknowledged. I had to bang on the window and honk my horn, before anyone even noticed. One teenage girl walked by, right after i honked, and allegedly didn’t hear it. After someone finally came to the window, there wasn’t an apology, or a warm greeting. after taking our order, didn’t say anything and just held their hand out for payment. after i paid, nothing else was said. Although the food was made quickly and yummy, i am disappointed in the lack of service in the front. I am also very upset that my blizzards weren’t flipped upside down. As i was leaving, there was no “have a good night” or “thank you” or apology for the wait. I truly expected better, as i have gone to this specific location many times before, and the service was incredible.

The meal deal included a small sundae, which I told the kid I would get after I finished my meal. Couldn't even eat half the meal because it just tasted off. Went to the counter to get the sundae and was told someone would get to me in 15 minutes. People were lining up behind me waiting to order. I finally got tired of waiting and just left. Won't go to that location again. The fly strip covered in flies hanging from the ceiling was disgusting as well.
