Horrible customer service and I had to throw my food away . What a waste of time and money. When I tried calling up there no one answered even though literally not one car was in the parking lot . My order #FDE6CF16-32 . I hope a manager reaches out to me . Cause you just lost a loyal customer I have subway rewards & order with y’all all the time.

- JPJared PattersonMay 5, 20251.0We arrived at 8:49, and waited in line till 9pm (closing time) before being told we would not be served. If you want to close at 8:49, LOCK THE DOOR!!! Honestly they should just lock it permanently. This location has become the biggest joke. I was told there is no manager on shift most of the time. Please do not contact me unless you fire 2-3 people tomorrow. Short of that I will never be back. The couple in front of us felt the same way.
