  Update: 2/24: I contacted corporate through contacts in Wendy’s app on 4/14 and they were supposed to mail me coupons as compensation for the online order that charged my card. Here it is the 24th and nada. I can’t believe how disorganized this company has become. I’m tired of something so simple being made so difficult. April 13 - The door was locked due to maintenance issues so I paid $28 for food I ordered online, then couldn’t even get at the drive through. I was told by somebody in the drive-through to cancel my order through the app, but the “cancel order” button was gone by then. Somebody had better figure out how to get my money back.

  Went thru drive thru at 5:30 pm on Friday night no one there ordered Dave’s single combo and asked for fresh fries! The gal in drive thru said no problem got food and burger was cold and so were the fries. The only reason I didn’t go back and complain is because I hadn’t eaten all day because I was so busy at work but I was very disappointed. I won’t ever step foot in that Wendy’s again and I usually love Wendy’s!!! Not this one! Don’t j ow how you have a four stars unless your purchasing your feedback to make it look good!

  (Empty parking lot and the only one in the drive through) ordered 10 nuggets, 1 burger, 1 fries, and a drink and was asked to pull to the front because everything needed to be made fresh and was told it would be out in 6 minutes. 15 minutes later I receive a bag of cold/ reheated food and missing sauces. Not a good experience.
