    Waited more 20 minutes for a small flavored water and a bag of ice at 7pm on a Tuesday. Left without ever getting it. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Came in on 11/24/2025 at 750pm. We ordered two blasts. One was a chocolate chip cookie dough. The other one was a Butterfinger. They put a spoonful of topping on top of ice cream and that was literally what we were given. It wasn't blended together at all. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

    Ordered breakfast burrito. And a coffee with 2 creamers and 6 sugars didn't give me creamer or sugar this place needs employees that wants to do there job or close it down

    Wish I could give this zero stars. Worst customer service. The manager will hang up on you after blaming you for the car hop getting overwhelmed.
