- SAsheilah ascarrunzSep 13, 20242.0Ordered a three piece chicken tender with mac & cheese and potato wedges for delivery and my delivery came without the potato wedges so I called the store and there’s a guy on the phone he said “can you come over here so you could just pick it up” and I wasn’t able to pick it up at the moment, considering my lack of commute in the area(which is why I had it delivered in the first place) so I was just assuming they could deliver again, so I try explaining that to him, but he keeps cutting me off telling me to just go over there and eventually hangs up on me without saying anything and so I called back and he says “sorry we’re really busy right now. There’s only one guy here working” but then proceeds to tell me that it was his coworker who messed up the order and then just tells me to call back in 10 minutes. I call back a bit later and was able to just get refunded but still no wedges. Overall food wasn’t even the best, chicken tenders was dry, Mac and cheese was mid and wasn’t much of a difference I likeness compared to the tenders and that biscuit was practically stale, like biting on a rock. Not satisfied with customer service or the food, sorry.
