My husband asked for ranch and got bbq on his. They have poor customer service & need to pay attention to what is being made. I used to go there all time and it was always great. But now they hire kids who literally don’t pay attention and have no customer service. Last time they’ll get my money!

The lady taking my order couldn't hear me because of the singing. The young man (different person) who rang up my sandwich, belched loudly while waiting on me. When asked if I could get a discount for the serenade, I was told no.
