I ordered a Diet Coke online and it’s literally almost 20 minutes later and haven’t brought it out to me yet. This has been consistent over the last few months. I will admit before it was great, but now something has happened and consistently gone downhill.

There's no way the person putting them in thistle sleeve didnt notice at least one of these problems. The pretzel? You got it, hard and greasy. Only sodas from now on until you figure out how to screw them up too.
