  Got lux boxes and everything was just thrown in the bag and everything was soggy and not good at all worst Taco Bell experience and was sitting there 30 minutes with no one in line

  Waste of money. Whatever you order will be 99% tortilla by weight, and the contents of the bag they hand you will be all mixed together and falling apart- not individually wrapped as you would probably expect. Dear Taco Bell, close this location or fix the problem.

  TRUST THE REVIEWS. this is the WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I have had issues on 30+ different visits. It’s the closest Taco Bell to me and happens to be one of my favorite fast food places. I have wrote in at least 3 formal complaints on actual inedible food. I’ve drove through and seen every single worker outside passing a blunt around and taking my order from outside while smoking. They don’t prepare the food correctly. I’m almost always missing something. You can call and call and call and nobody from the store will answer. The excuse I got from their joke of a manager was that “we keep the phone in the office and can’t hear it” okay so set up a voicemail, or move it into a space where you can hear it. They also tell you to call with the issue but I have actually called for 45 mins straight with NO answer until I gave up. This place is so so ran down. I’ve tried to contact everyone I could about how bad it is but this location is NOT a local owned franchise so unfortunately they do not care. I would avoid avoid avoid unless you want to be irritated, or sick. I’ve had quesadillas with literally nothing inside. I’ve had fries that were frozen solid. I’ve had fries that were burnt solid. I’ve had watery meat that’s literally so watery it’s like a soup. I’ve had them tell me they’re completely out of meat MULTIPLE times when I’m ordering and it’s only 6:00 pm. I’ve had them tell me they’re out of beans in the middle of the day.

  The absolutely worst Taco Bell location in the history of Taco Bell. Didn’t have items that I paid for through the app and refused to refund me. Stole from me. Then I asked for the manager and they refused to talk to me. Literally refused to come to the window. I asked for the managers name and they refused to tell me. I then started to record the employee cussing and me and she threatened to “press charges on me.” Absolutely abhorrent behavior and Taco Bell should be ashamed to allow this behavior

  This is hands-down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. In-store visits are a joke—somehow the debit card machines are always “down,” while employees vape outside by the back door and even near the drive-thru speaker. Ordering through delivery apps like DoorDash isn’t any better. They never include the full order, and whatever does arrive looks like it was aggressively punted into the bag. Tacos shattered, burritos ripped open, drinks spilled everywhere. I’ve never experienced such consistently terrible service from a restaurant. If you’re placing a bet on anything, bet on this crew ruining your order.
