I ordered the Philly and there was an unidentified hunk of...firm...cartilaginous...something... in the steak meat. That was three weeks ago and it still haunts me.

But it is WILD to me that my son ordered a 5-Meat Italian sub, asked them to withhold the ham AND THEY CHARGED US $5 extra dollars to LEAVE OFF SOME MEAT. He didn’t ask for something extra. He didn’t ask for a substitute. But I paid over $20 for a footlong because of NO HAM?! So, be warned: if you want to exclude a single ingredient from a sandwich, the fee is $5. Dumbest policy I’ve ever heard and both employees confirmed that this was how it works. My mind is blown.
