- JPJackson Perez2 days ago1.0I’ve gotten take out twice from here. Poor chips and meats were cold and not prepared correctly. Compared to chipotle Derby it’s terrible. Don’t get chipotle from here.

- MGMeredith G.Jan 1, 20264.0We have been about 3 times since it opened and somehow the burrito bowls taste different from other Chipotle restaurants. I really want it to succeed because I want Andover to have a Chipotle. The manager should make sure the staff is using the same seasonings as other Chipotle’s.
- BTBraeden TurriffDec 26, 20251.0very very small portions. Literally almost 3/4 of a bowl and a burrito with tiny scoops of what we wanted was almost $40. As I’m writing this review eating my food I come across a solid piece of who knows what, maybe bone or something from the chicken? Either way I don’t like eating my food and coming across something rock solid and out of place. Not coming to this location again.

Having ONLY 4 what look like high schoolers trying to run the restaurant on opening week? Thats embarrassing, greedy, and depressing to witness; especially within the Andover / Augusta community. (i felt so bad for the poor girl working the line ALL by herself… mind you, almost every location has at least 3 people in this position). I had to wait 50 minutes for a bowl that was half full… watched what appeared to be the managers leave mid rush for well over 30 minutes… all while there was a line out the door. I was excited for a chipotle opening closer to the Andover / Augusta area however it is not worth your patience or money. You would save time choosing any wichita location over this one. I hope things change in the future, but as of right now, i won’t be supporting a Chipotle that believes they can treat their customers and their employees with such ignorance.
