  This location was having a bad night. They appeared to be down several crew and the young ladies were doing their best, but the food was aged, coffee was cold, and orders confused. I'm sure under better circumstances it would have been a better experience.

  The wait was ridiculous 20 min for a dam cappuccino smdh we will not be returning to this location again.

  This mcdonald is a joke. Stopped there at 1010 and they had cars in the drive through so yrs busy. The guy taking orders rudely said we are busy so it will be a wait and I won't guarantee how long it will be . He was so rude so I said that is not mcdonalds policy he replied I've worked here 5 years and it is my policy. Ok it's abilene ks it's not like there is many places to work and 5 years at a mcdonalds is no accomplishment. So the jerk did not even take my order. I had been warned by people born and raised in abilene never go to mcdonalds and yes now I see why

  You know what I think? This smokey McDonalds is known to forget your order faster than I forget what happened yesterday. They completely forgot our two creamy chili sauce, McChicken burgers they forgot one, our double cheese sandwiches, and our one pack of fries. It was all for a family of four.

  We went in the drive through and ordered a number 9 PLAIN burgers a MOCHA frappe and a medium sprite. They gave us burgers with everything on them and a caramel frappe. The sprite wasn’t given to us until we went inside to fix the frappe. So so so disappointed.
