The only reason I gave it another chance recently is because my daughter loves the classic roast beef sandwich there, and I figured enough time had passed for the previous bad workers to be ousted. Plus I wanted to try the steak nuggets. Service has improved a little (some locations more than others). The food is still pretty good, even if the steak nuggets were nothing special. The 4 for $10 deal is a great way to feed people without spending a lot. I'm still not comfortable enough to go back without a good reason, so Arby's hasn't won me back or anything. Don't get the wrong idea.
