  Very slow service. Just moved into the area. Had not been to a McDonald's in ages. However, I needed a quick bite since I was very late coming home from work. Got here and had to wait in front of the drive-thru microphone at least 5 minutes just to get a response to place my order. Once order was placed, had to wait another 10 minutes in line because orders in front of me were not being fulfilled. Pretty poor service on my first time back to McDonald's in a long time. Do not think I will come back again.

  Never in my life have i had a drive through try to charge me extra to put Mayo on a burger. This is just getting silly at this point. Do better.

  I tried using the mobile app to use my points to redeem a free frappe. The guy waited for me to give him the code, and then said the frappe machine is broke, so to order something else. The system had already charged me for my points however, so I asked if I could substitute the item. He said no, and to use another code, and I could possibly get the points back. Instead of getting my points back, the second code didn’t work since I had just redeemed a free code, and he wanted to charge me for the substitute item. I explained that I was using the app to redeem it, and he still tried to charge me for an item I didn’t want, when the item I wanted was supposed to be free (via points). I eventually just drove off because they did not help.

  I don't know what management is doing in there, but the workers aren't working. Every table dirty, no napkins, and nobody greets you. I waited 18 minutes for a 20pc nugget that was a mobile order. There was only 19 and they were far from hot.

  Did the drivethru for a mc nugget meal for the child and a shamrock shake for me. The kid working the drive-thru was great. I paid cash and he joked about him keeping the change and it freaked my wife out. He then went on to say its usually funnier when someone pays with a $100 bill. I enjoyed his humor and it made the experience better for me.
