However, when the employee brought my order, it was packed as take-away instead of being served on a tray for dining in. I prefer having my meal on a tray when eating inside the restaurant. The food itself was fine, but I hope the staff can pay more attention to dine-in preferences in the future.

But once in a while, you're working long hours and you see the billboard and need to get something fast, but the base standard of hot food being prepared hot, is something you can't lower, and the food at this McDonald's was extremely room-temp. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large fries and double cheeseburger. The chicken was clearly from the heat rack an hour or two prior, it was just dry, cold and rubbery. The bun was flaky and dry, the fries were hard and dry and both slices of cheese on the burger.. were not melted in the slightest, looking more like a deli sandwich instead. I have to leave a review because serving cold burgers fries and chicken is just unacceptable no matter how low your expectations of fast food are. Inedible is the one word I would use to describe this experience.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past year and they consistently for sauces, addons, and complete items. I don’t like to sit in the drive-thru and sift through the bag because there are people waiting behind me. It shouldn’t be as hard as it is to read instructions and complete a task. Cold food, soggy food. There’s a lot of places in the area, save your money and go somewhere else.
