I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard. Usually really good but this time around, there are pieces of chocolate? Carmel? Mint? Nuts?!? Mixed in with my blizzard. No one picks up the phone when you call. Usually I don't have a problem but lately it's been not as great as it used to be

The woman working today during lunch (dark hair pulled up with a nose ring) Oct 21 @ 11:30 was so wonderful! I sat down to eat lunch with my 2 year old and she brought us everything we needed. She even later brought our other to-go food nice and hot. She also gave us our ice cream to go. She was so great—I wish everyone worked like she did in customer service. The woman mentioned working at this Dairy Queen for many many years!

Ordered a cheeseburger, checked my order before leaving parking lot and found 2 pieces of cheese thrown on a bun with massive amounts of mustard and ketchup- no meat! When I went inside to speak with someone, the guy (said he was in charge and also made the sandwich) said he “just spaced it”. How do you “space” not putting a meat patty on a cheeseburger sandwich? I demanded my money back and left. Check your drive- through order before leaving the premises.
