We had the best experience at Cava! Ricky and his team were patient, kind and helpful on a busy Friday night! The food was amazing - fresh and delicious. And Ricky went over and above to make sure we were taken care of- it's refreshing to see this level of customer service! Love this place!

I wanted to pick up a quick dinner and Mediterranean sounded good, so I decided to try CAVA. Since I wanted to pick up my food quickly, I ordered ahead through their website. After arriving at the designated pick up time, I waited more than 20 minutes to get my food. It was very frustrating because the people who just walked in were getting their food more quickly, and I ordered ahead to save time. It took them 15 minutes of me standing there for any employee to acknowledge me at all, and once they did, they didn't say how long it would be. The employees were neither friendly nor efficient, and all the food stations were extremely messy to the point I worried about hygiene and potential cross-contamination for people with food allergies. I also saw employees touch non food items with gloves and then return to their food stations. The food tasted fine, not great and not bad. If you're in the mood for fast Mediterranean, drive one minute down the street to Garbanzo instead.

Ordered Falafel crunch take out- zionsville location
Drove 15 min to restaurant
Waited thirty min to get order because they were really busy (at one point a worker apologized and said she was getting ready to drop my Pita chips and then the falafel. Gave me a cup to get a beverage while I waited)
Drove 15 min back home
Opened packaging to NO Falafel in the bowl
Tried to call but girl kept asking me to repeat myself “you are breaking up” but it was very loud background noise on her end. As though she was outside.i hung up

I am SO excited about this new place and it did NOT disappoint!! I came in right before close and was super nervous but I had absolutely the best experience. Ricky was extremely helpful walking me through how to order and what he recommends. I also got to chat with Sophia, Jisele, and Natalie and they were all so fun, friendly, and helpful!! I loved my food but you can’t beat the service! Im looking forward to returning after my long shifts :)

I was so excited to see a Cava opened in West Carmel/Zionsville. This Cava location lives up to and may even out best over experiences I have had. Ricky and the team are so kind and welcoming, such hard workers and make great cava meal! The food was prepared to above standard, and restaurant was clean. I was just getting back to town from Chicago craving a bite to eat, and even though they close at 10pm, they were more than willing to accommodate me at 9:50 pm whilst they were preparing to close up for the night on Halloween. I imagine these guys are going to be VERY busy until .. well ... forever, because it's Cava and new to the neighborhood, so please be patient and kind with your service workers, especially culinary, (as a fellow service worker), they are doing their absolute best to serve you and are hardworking people doing their job, just like us.
