Our family had an incredible dinner at Cava! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely amazing—everyone found something they loved. Even with the fast-paced setup, the service was top-notch. A huge, extra special shout-out to Ricky, who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. He was so helpful and had such a great attitude while building our bowls; he really made the visit stand out. We will definitely be back!

I was really disappointed with my experience. The rice in my bowl was extremely crunchy, like it wasn’t cooked properly, which completely ruined the meal. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t great—no apology or effort to fix the issue. I also waited about 15 minutes, which felt long considering the quality of the food. Overall, not a good experience and I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Had a harissa bowl. I think that must mean horrific. Absolutely disgusting bunch of mush. How does avocado go with tzatziki with sweet potato? I could not eat it. Gross. Next up was a chicken gyro. Also mush. A gyro with tomatoes and pickles? What is this a greek Subway sandwich? Swimming in tzatziki and the chicken had no flavor. Not good, but not as demonic as the harissa bowl. Last up was a steak gyro. Thankfully it has less weird stuff in it, but the meat was still bland, and not worth it. Overall this place is pretty disgusting and in any other metro area with decent food, it would not survive.

Ricki and his Team are awesome! Just walking in the door captured the delicious aroma from the food being prepared. Atmosphere is great, good music, busy while under control. Even the bathroom looked like it had just been cleaned. Greek Chicken Pita was delicious and the Jasmine Green Tea did not disappoint. I spent a lot of time in the Middle East and Mediterranean. Never been to Greece, but this must be what the food in Greece tastes like. Ricki was a kind and patient man while I tried to decide on what I wanted to order for my first visit. I want to keep coming back and try everything on the menu. Thank you Ricki, my Family and I will be back!

Customer service is terrible. I specifically order online to avoid customer service. Like most places, online orders are placed on a pickup shelf so customers can grab their order and go. That’s exactly what I did. I went to the pickup shelf, found my order sitting there with the other ready orders, grabbed it, and headed out. As soon as I got near the door, the entire store(staff) started yelling “Aye, Aye, Aye, sir” and someone(staff) even chased me down—just to confirm it was my order. So what’s the point of having a pickup shelf if you’re going to treat customers like they’re stealing? Either make it self-pickup or keep the orders behind the counter. That experience was unnecessary, embarrassing, and poorly handled.
