  The wings were on the small side, but the service was great! We were apprehensive taking a large group based on the poor reviews about the service. Whatever the problems were have clearly been fixed, the service was top notch!

  La mayoría de los que trabajan ayi me vieron feo y no querían atenderme ,mucho racismo ,la chica no me quiso agarrar el dinero y dijo k lo pusiera en la mesa y puso sus caras

  I would definitely give this a zero but there was nowhere to put it except here I couldn't tell you about the food or the service cuz we never got in. The young lady at the counter was very rude and kept telling us it would be a long time before we got seated one of the servers was having a mini meltdown almost as if she wanted us to leave which after @ 15 minutes we finally did leave. There were plenty of Empty Tables but not clean ones we decided to try and seat ourselves at the bar a Hostess came up and said we could sit down but she didn't know when or if we would be served so we got up and went back to the front counter. We heard servers arguing in the back rather loudly. Such a HORRIBLE experience. I would say they need more staff and definitely a lot of meetings about customer service with the staff that they do have on hand. Needless to say will never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings again

  I'd like to have properly reviewed the service or the food, but I was unable to. Walked into the restaurant just after noon on a Wednesday. Nobody was at the host stand. We waited several minutes, but as there was no sign directing us to wait to be seated, we decided to seat ourselves. Though there were several patrons at the bar and a few others at tables, no one was working behind the bar. After sitting at the table for several more minutes and not seeing any wait staff, we decided to leave and eat somewhere we could actually order and receive food.

  We love BWW! However we are rethinking of ordering from here going forward. The past two times we have ordered takeout via the app when we pick up our food we are missing items. First time was an entire order of boneless wings and the second time it was 6 sauces for our grilled chicken tenders. This is not good. The staff should review all the takeout orders before handing it to the customer!!
