  We love BWW! However we are rethinking of ordering from here going forward. The past two times we have ordered takeout via the app when we pick up our food we are missing items. First time was an entire order of boneless wings and the second time it was 6 sauces for our grilled chicken tenders. This is not good. The staff should review all the takeout orders before handing it to the customer!!

  Walked in for lunch. Stood behind two other people waiting to be sat. 3 different employees looked at us waiting, but not one single person even acknowledged any of us. We stood there for probably 10 minutes and we left. Garbage service. It’s this way every time we have tried to eat there. They’d be better off closing and let a restaurant with a better business plan take their spot.

  I try not to visit this location. Somehow my order or husbands orde is never correct,supposedly theres glitches in the app (according to staff at BWW). Which causes a long wait time for order to process, so when I come to get my food (if I order per the app) - the food isnt ready . My wings are usually chewy and room temperature . I used to go here out of convenience,not because of wonderful quality of the food ! (:

  I visited the BWs in Whitestown, Indiana, and I must admit, I was not overly impressed. There are many areas that need improvement. To start, I waited around 5 minutes to place my drink order, followed by another 5 minutes just to get my drink. Moreover, I waited 3 minutes to place my food order. After ordering, it took almost an hour for my food to arrive, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. By the time my food was served, some of the wings were cold, suggesting they had been sitting for a while. I know this has been a persistent issue at the restaurant, as I've talked to other customers, especially local residents. I intend to return in 2026 to see if they have made any enhancements to their service and food quality. However, substantial changes are needed. Additionally, there have been problems with to-go orders. When I placed a to-go order, there was no one at the counter. It took about 15 minutes for someone to finally help me. The shortage of staff at the pickup area indicates that they are significantly understaffed, and the establishment is in decline. I would assign a rating of 3 to the food, as it was served cold, while the service merits a rating of 1. The establishment offers a variety of sports to view, and the overall atmosphere is moderate. Consequently, I would rate this place at 2.5 out of 5.

  Buffalo Wild Wings in Whitestown, IN is our go-to stop after I pick my son up from school on Fridays and every other Monday. The staff here is extremely friendly, and it truly feels like family for my son and me. They know us so well that our drink order is often brought out before we even place our food order, which always makes us feel welcomed. We honestly haven’t had a bad meal here. Our usual order is 10–15 boneless honey BBQ wings with fries. The honey BBQ sauce is the perfect balance of sweet with just a little spice — a flavor that pretty much anyone can enjoy. This time we decided to switch it up and ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap for my son and the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger for me. Both were excellent. The fries deserve a special mention — perfectly seasoned, golden brown, crispy, and finished with an amazing salt and pepper blend. The burger was great and left me full and very happy, especially for the price. This is the kind of place that keeps you coming back, not just for the food but for the people. Highly recommended.
