  I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to with this place. My hot food was cold and tasted gross. Over half of my rice was extremely crunchy, don’t even know how that’s possible. Practically inedible. Food quality not great, period. Don’t get me started on the eating area. Dirty tables, extremely dirty and stained drink station. Even the container for the free miso soup was also very gross looking and unclean. Highly disappointed, I’ve been to bibibops before, but I’m going to steer clear from this one.

  This place isn’t fast food…it’s good food fast! I have celiac disease so finding a quick meal without gluten cross contamination is very hard to come by.

  I just had my first Bibibo experience last night. I don't. Traditionally doordash but was exhausted after a long day and decided to give it a go. Bibibop stood out when ordering and I had been wanting to try them for a while. It was pretty much all I'd hoped for and more. I ordered the fan favorite bowl which is made up of "Chicken, Purple Rice, Sweet Potato Noodles, Roasted Sesame Broccoli, Potatoes, Carrots, Corn, and Cheese, topped with sweet & tangy Yum Yum Sauce" - copied directly from their menu. I also got a side of kimchi, pineapple and one of their chocolate chip cookies. The bowl was outstanding and the kimchi was delicious, even though it's spicier than I usually eat (but, hey, it's kimchi... I knew what I was getting into). The pineapple was a tiny bit on the sour side. I must have got the tail end maybe before the last day it expired in their fridge? It was edible but not as fresh as I would have liked. The chocolate chip cookie was good and satisfied my craving for something sweet. So while I can't vouch for the restaurant itself, or their service, their food will definitely have me going back.

  Initially after opening this place was awesome, great food and excellent quick service. The last couple of times, the staff is spread super thin and wait times are much longer (20-30 min). The last couple of times, only 2 people working to handle it all: making online and in person orders, managing the cash register, restocking, cleaning up, and cooking on the wok. I just felt bad for those two poor souls doing the jobs of at least 4-5 people. Orders were flying off the printers and falling to the ground, patrons were standing around staring at the chaos, cars were at the pick up window left unattended and eventually just came in to stare at the chaos too. It wasn't a good time. Those two dudes working should get a raise, but better yet should get support from more staff or this place is going to suffer retention issues from customers and staff alike.
