- PMPatriot Man5 days ago1.0We chose Buffalo Wild Wings for my birthday dinner with my wife and daughter, and it turned out to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We sat at our table for nearly an hour with no food, while other customers who arrived after us were already being served appetizers. That’s completely unacceptable. After I complained, our appetizers finally came out—but they were cold. We were told they had “just been prepared,” which was clearly not true. Serving cold food and giving a dishonest explanation only made the situation worse. At that point, we decided to leave. Even trying to pay for our drinks took far too long because of how slow and disorganized everything was. This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner, and instead it was a frustrating waste of time. Between the poor service, cold food, and lack of accountability, this location seriously needs better management. We will not be returning.

She was hustling the whole time i was there. Pouring multiple drinks at the same time, calculating every action she made to make sure there wasnt something else she could be doing while doing whatever she is doing in the moment.
