  Very kind staff. Someone is always cleaning the lobby, and the employees are all working whenever I go in. My favorite McDs in Madison County, IN

  Dry meat on the hamburger and the fries tasted like they were done in old oil. Couldn't eat it.

  l've been to this McDonald's three times now and ordered the same item each visit: a cheeseburger with bacon. The first two times, the bacon was missing. On the third visit, the bacon was missing again, and the beef patty was not properly cooked. At this point, this doesn't feel like an isolated mistake but a consistent quality-control issue at this location. Repeated errors like this raise concerns about food preparation standards and customer safety. I believe this location needs to be reviewed to ensure orders are being prepared correctly and food is being handled according to company standards.
