- TTTailorSep 26, 20251.0So I normally have a nice experience at this Dunkin nothing ever bothered me. Little mess ups here and there but today I am a little upset. Today I went thought the drive through at 10:22 am and ordered a medium pumpkin latte. I could barely hear the person Who was taking my order because it sounded like a lot of mumbling. My drink comes with whip cream and such. Today I look at the receipt and realize they charged me a dollar for the pup cup I ordered and I never have been charged for that before and whatever that’s fine but the cup was not even halfway filled with whip cream!!!! If I’m paying at least fill it up. Then I was charged 10c for additional swirl charge?!!! I’m assuming that’s the cinnamon and caramel they put on the top of the whipped cream which I also didn’t receive, but I was charged for. Very disappointing. As this is our only Dunkin here in Winfield, but I won’t be going back for a while and I hope the service changes because that is very disappointing. Very unfriendly not normally how the staff that works there are.
